Physical configuration The main component is called, "EcoGuard", an oval shaped cylinder (H160mm x W220mm) with a hole through the center. Several units of EcoGuard are aligned together in accordance with the size of the pile/pillar to be protected. A combination of two or three alignments may be installed, depending on the depth of the pile/pillar, up to maximum 5 meters deep.	*click to enlarge
Alignment configuration The number of units of EcoGuard to be used will depend upon the size and depth of the pile/pillar. Example of pile size and quantity used: Pile of diameter 600mm: 14 units Pile of diameter 1200mm: 21 units For deeper cleaning:: Double Alignment Example: Pile of 400mm: 26 units
Components The alignment is comprised of: EcoGuard Rope and couplers to link the EcoGuard units Joint Specially designed for ease of attachment and maintenance They are all recyclable (depends on country's regulations).
Proprietary surface design EcoGuard has a specially designed surface with concave and convex bumps that come into contact with the objects, without causing any damage to the pile, protective covers or the paint. The elliptical shape prevents EcoGuard units from coming into contact with each other.
